Terms of use and sales status
No real orders
The basket, subscription and payment in this storefront are simulations. Using them does not create a sales contract, charge, stock reservation or shipment. Real catalogue references cannot be ordered. Contacting us is not an accepted order.
Prices and availability
Proposed prices and comparisons are documented in product pages for the stated references and vintages. They remain conditional; no supplier purchase cost, stock or delivery service is guaranteed. Fictional products are identified as demonstrations.
Adults only
This wine catalogue is intended for adults. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health. Drink in moderation.
Before commercial opening
Sales terms will be provided before any real order: seller, product characteristics, total price and taxes, delivery costs and areas, payment, timing, warranties, withdrawal and form, returns, complaints and competent mediator. Required alcohol-sales authorisations and age verification must be established. These demonstration terms do not authorise sales.
