Controller and scope
Stéphane Lefebvre — SEL CONSULTING, 8 avenue Joffre, 92380 Garches, France, is responsible for the processing described here. This page distinguishes the demonstration storefront from the /marketplace test portal, which has accounts.
Storefront and local storage
The fictional basket and preferences are stored on your device to operate the demonstration. Consent choices expire after 180 days. After consent, up to 100 demonstration events are stored in the browser session and deleted when consent is withdrawn. The storefront loads no advertising service or external analytics tool.
Technical logs
The web server logs IP addresses, dates, requested URLs and technical browser information for security and troubleshooting, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. The configuration specifies daily rotation with 14 archives. These technical logs are separate from optional local measurements.
Contact and test portal
An email sent to SEL is processed to answer your request, based on the legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or pre-contractual steps if you request an offer. The /marketplace portal stores account and test-operation data in its test environment; this is not a real sale. Do not enter bank details or real customer data there. Detailed retention periods for the portal and correspondence must be finalised before commercial opening.
Recipients and rights
Data is accessible to people authorised to administer the service and answer requests. No data-selling programme is active. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object by contacting SEL below. You may withdraw consent through Cookie preferences; clear website data in your browser to remove the basket. You may complain to the CNIL.
