Brume Saline brings Chardonnay and Viognier together in a Pays d’Oc white. A meeting of grapes that invites another exploration of Languedoc: Viognier typically has peach, apricot and white-flower accents, without those aromas being confirmed for the lot. The 2020 cuvée received specialist reviews. Our suggestion: baked sea bream or vegetables stuffed with herbs.
