In northern Burgundy, Éric and Emmanuel Dampt work between the Armançon, Serein and Yonne valleys. Their Chablis Les Beaumonts 2015 was noted for balance and a lemony expression. The Chablis area also enjoyed a fine white-wine year in 2022, a regional guide separate from that review. We imagine exploring it with shellfish or mushroom risotto.
