Between the Apennines and the Adriatic, Abruzzo has made Montepulciano its signature red grape. Terre Degli Eremi takes us to this region, distinct from the Tuscan town of Montepulciano. Cherry, blackberry and spicy nuances belong to the appellation’s typical profile, without constituting a tasting of the lot. Our suggestion: tagliatelle with ragù to continue the journey at the table.
