Le Grand Sillage is our fictional merlot and cabernet franc blend. We imagined plum, sweet spices and an enveloping texture to tell a Bordeaux table story in our own way. Herbed lentils and a vegetable gratin form its demo pairing. There is no real bottle or producer behind this portrait.
